Analyze Fashion market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partnersWork cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platformOwn internal projects to contribute to the ecommerce ecosystem as a wholeCome up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantageQualificationsMinimum QualificationsFluent in Chinese to be able to work with Chinese internal teams based in Mainland China. Fluency in Spanish and English to be able to work with local stakeholders. Skilled in collaborating with Mandarin-speaking and English/Spanish-speaking accounts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with global product teams and resource managementStrong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformationAbility to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
