As a B2B Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will support business customers via phone and email while identifying upselling opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. What will you do?

- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Deliver professional customer service to business clients




- Identify customer needs and actively work with upselling opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and create positive customer experiences
- Work towards clear service and sales targets

Candidate profile

- Comfortable working towards sales targets
- Excellent written and spoken Norwegian skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required
