NET, Data, AI). P&L ownership and business performance: responsibility for revenue, margins, cost control and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the software factory. People leadership & organizational development: management of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, QA, Dev Ops), including hiring, mentoring, performance management and scaling capabilities. International project delivery & client management: oversight of complex general programs, acting as executive point of contact for key clients and ensuring high‑quality delivery across geographies. Technology & delivery strategy:
