Implementation Specialist – Workforce Solutions (MSP/VMS) | SAP Fieldglass | Remote We are looking for a hands-on Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of Workforce Solutions programs for a general enterprise client operating across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role focuses on practical, end-to-end implementation support within MSP/VMS environments, with a strong emphasis on SAP Fieldglass configuration, testing, deployment support, and operational execution activities. You will work closely with global delivery teams, client stakeholders, and supplier partners to support the rollout and expansion of Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions across multiple countries. The role is best suited for someone who has experience working within implementation delivery teams, supporting system rollouts, testing cycles, and go-live activities in complex, international environments. This is a fully remote position requiring strong collaboration across distributed teams and multiple time zones. Support hands-on implementation activities for MSP/VMS workforce solutions Assist with SAP Fieldglass configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support Work with global stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business and system requirements Support process mapping activities (As-Is / To-Be)



and solution alignment discussions Track and support resolution of risks, issues, defects, and dependencies Coordinate with suppliers, HR, procurement, and IT teams during implementation phases Support data preparation, system setup, and workflow validation activities Assist in go-live preparation and post-implementation stabilization (hypercare) Ensure accurate documentation of processes, system changes, and decisions Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and delivery practices Experience working in MSP / VMS environments, ideally SAP Fieldglass (or Beeline / VNDLY) Understanding of contingent workforce processes (CWM), SOW, and worker lifecycle management Experience supporting system implementation or deployment projects (hands-on delivery role) Familiarity with SIT / UAT testing cycles and go-live support activities Experience working in global, cross-functional environments Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple tasks/workstreams in structured delivery environments Knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar Exposure to change management, training, or adoption activities is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
