As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of Habyt during a period of rapid growth. From day one, you’ll take on significant responsibility, supporting financial and business controlling processes across the Habyt Group. Your responsibilities




- Financial Operations & Reporting - Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee financial transactions and provide quality control to maintain integrity in financial reporting.
- Liaise with external accounting and auditing partners to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting & Performance Analysis - Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and preparing insightful reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine financial policies, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
- Financial Management & Strategy - Take ownership of financial and accounting operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures that promote operational excellence.
