The Consultant will develop Business Management analytical, technical and client handling skills providing support in the delivery of client services enjoying the execution of high‑quality projects and assignments with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Track, process and analyze operative, financial and statistical data related to dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organize independent dealer visits based on results.
- Provide remote and direct support to the dealer network within project assignments (e.g. general accounting/bookkeeping queries, data input issues, reporting).
- Present regularly at all levels of Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions of improvement.
- Provide training to the dealer network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and assist on the analysis of their KPI performance data.




- Serve as a contact for and develop relationships with the client, effectively responding to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction.
- Assume responsibility for accurate and high‑quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
- Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions, and results.

Other tasks and participation in special projects in the client as required.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, and possess the following competences:
- Technical competences:
- Communication skills: fluent/native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
- Business Management and KPI analysis.
- Finance and Accounting.
- MS Office ad
