Web Designer / Web Developer / SEO Specialist
About the Role
Sea Recovery Centre and Oasis Premium Recovery are premium international wellness and recovery brands serving high‑net‑worth clients from around the world. We are looking for a talented and versatile Web Designer who combines strong visual design skills with web development knowledge, SEO expertise, and a marketing‑oriented mindset.
This role goes beyond creating attractive websites. We need someone who understands how websites generate leads, build trust, improve search rankings, and convert visitors into enquiries. The idóneo candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of designing exceptional digital experiences while continuously optimizing performance and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Web Design & User Experience
- Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand‑consistent web experiences.
- Design high‑converting websites, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with our luxury brand positioning.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys.




- Ensure seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Improve website accessibility, usability, and customer engagement.

Website Development
- Understanding of how to build, maintain, and optimize websites primarily on WordPress.
- Implement responsive, mobile‑first designs.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and page builders such as Elementor.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal website functionality.
- Integrate forms, CRM systems, tracking tools, and third‑party applications.

SEO & Performance Optimization
- Understanding of how to implement on‑page SEO best practices, including site structure, internal linking, metadata, schema markup etc.
- Understanding of how to conduct SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Understanding of how to optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and website performance.
