About the Job
Room Attendant (Sick Leave Cover) – Housekeeping Department, Mandarin Oriental Barcelona.
The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. The position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites and assigned areas in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
- Replenish guest amenities, linen and room supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly.
- Ensure all rooms are presented impeccably and ready for guest arrival.
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures established by the hotel.

Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly responsible, reliable and professional attitude.




- Ability to work cohesively as part of a multicultural team.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Commitment, flexibility and professionalism.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Basic English language skills are valued.
