As Director, Ethics & Compliance, Europe, you define and drive the regional ethics program across multiple European markets. You will partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, navigating complex regulatory environments. Your role blends strategic leadership with operational oversight to protect the business and enable sustainable growth.
