Her experience includes high-value transactions, as well as middle-market and founder-led deals where practical execution, clear communication, and strategic risk allocation are critical. Tanya represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development-related transactions. Her experience includes both private practice and in-house roles, giving her insight into the financial and operational drivers behind real estate decisions.
She is known for her ability to think creatively and leverage relationships to help move deals forward, even when unexpected challenges arise.

Background & Experience
Before joining PRK Livengood, Tanya practiced at California-based Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc, where she advised clients on a broad range of corporate and real estate matters. She also served as Associate General Counsel for a real estate investment company, gaining valuable in-house experience and a deeper understanding of how legal strategy supports business operations and growth.
Earlier in her career, Tanya practiced at a boutique law firm in San Jose, CA, focusing on corporate transactions and equity compensation matters.
Personal
Outside of her practice, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She enjoys cooking, staying active, and exploring wellness-focused routines.
