In this role you design and evolve security detection and response capabilities within ING Hubs Spain to strengthen SOC effectiveness. You translate business strategy into architectural roadmaps and ensure alignment with regulatory and enterprise requirements. You collaborate across security operations, enterprise architecture, and senior stakeholders to mature security capabilities. This position offers a chance to shape the bank's approach to detection quality, incident response, and cross-functional security governance.

Responsabilidades
- 7+ years in IT security with at least 3 years in a security architecture role
- experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
- strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, EDR/XDR with hands-on design and implementation
- basic understanding of AI concepts and AI/ML applications in modern SOC
- ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements
- knowledge of risk management principles and risk assessments
- ability to integrate security tooling across network, endpoint, cloud, and identity layers
- end-to-end security architecture perspective (prevent, detect, respond, recover)
- ability to write security architecture documentation and present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- focus on detection quality and business relevance over tool-driven security
- certifications in architectur
