Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) who wants to contribute to our growing IT team and help our employees with hardware, software, and network issues.
Responsibilities
- Providing first‑level support to all BizAway employees, in‑person and via remote access, for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
- Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices.
- Supporting and maintaining peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and office A/V equipment.
- Managing user accounts through our cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs.
- Assisting with IT inventory tasks.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.




- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues.
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical users.
- Proactive, service‑oriented attitude with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to travel occasionally to other company locations or for training.
- Previous work in a fast‑paced, international tech environment.
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory tools.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving processes in IT support.
