Build and ship MVP growth experiments using Lovable, Bubble, Zapier or custom scripts without heavy engineering support
Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to improve speed, personalization and targeting across marketing channels
Automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting and lead enrichment
Share tools, playbooks, and internal agents to accelerate marketing and GTM teams
Collaborate with design, Product, and Data to test and refine ideas that unlock new growth levers
3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience




~ Exceptional storytelling and writing skills translating tech into customer value
~ Fluency in Lovable/Zapier/Make/Tray/N8N, GPT-4, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, Javascript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel or equivalent
~ Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Demand Gen to deliver integrated xiphteb GTM initiatives
~ Customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen to prioritize high-value initiatives
~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus
