We're now scaling our presence in the DACH region and are looking for a FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST to own and drive our go‐to‐market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.




You'll join an already established DACH team with early customers and an active pipeline, working closely with local country leadership, a dedicated central marketing squad (including a Content Specialist), and founders who spent over a decade in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan before building Embat.
Your Mission This isn't a digital generalist role. You won't be managing Google Ads or writing blogs. Your mission is to get German CFOs and Treasurers into the room with our sales teams.
As our FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST, you will own the offline DACH marketing strategy and event budget end‐to‐end. You are a highly organized, execution‐driven leader on the ground, delivering high‐impact physical experiences from large‐scale industry congresses to intimate executive dinners that build trust with finance leaders and drive real pipeline for our sales team.
