Based in Madrid, this is a high‐impact, customer‐facing role where you will lead strategic business development efforts, engage with senior stakeholders, and uncover new opportunities through frequent, in‐person customer interactions. This role is idóneo for a commercially driven professional who excels at building relationships, navigating complex organizations, and translating market insights into sustainable growth. You will play a key role in positioning Emerson as a trusted partner, supporting customers in advancing energy transition, digitalization, and operational excellence across critical industries.Responsibilities




- Drive proactive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities across Iberia, with a strong focus on customers in and around Madrid.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‐makers, including C‐level stakeholders, across customers, EPCs, and industry partners.
- Lead strategic sales conversations that align Emerson's value proposition with customer business goals.
- Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high‐value solutions.
- Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within target industries.
- Conduct regular in‐person customer visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans focused on long‐term value creation.
- Represent Emerson with professionalism, credibility, and confidence in all customer interactions.
