FX Sales Representative

Job Description

As a FX Sales Representative, you play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your focus is on empowering them to regain control over their payment processes and providing deep insights into the FX market. Through your expertise in currencies, rates, hedging strategies, and efficient implementation practices, you mitigate risks and foster trust with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for customers, understanding their needs and translating our solutions into tailored recommendations.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and onboarding, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Market Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the FX market, build a robust network, and utilize this knowledge to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships through proactive communication,



leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and update pertinent information.

Requirements:
- Strong interest or prior experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Commercial background, with cold calling experience considered an asset
- Motivation to build a career within a high-performance sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong phone presence and clarity
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Language skills: Native or fluent Spanish and full professional proficiency in English
