As a Staff/Principal Engineer,
you will serve as a technical leader, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of both backend and frontend systems for our applications. Your mastery of C#, .NET Core, database technologies, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript will be pivotal in delivering scalable, secure, and performant solutions across the stack. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, collaborating closely with product, DevOps, and design to deliver innovative APIs and user interfaces.
A key focus of this role is the strategic integration and configuration of advanced AI agents, including agentic approaches, to accelerate development workflows and enhance engineering productivity. You will set technical direction, champion best practices, and foster continuous improvement in development processes while mentoring engineers and promoting a culture of innovation.
A strong emphasis is placed on automated testing.
