- Leading and supporting the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of the Group Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Coordinating system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration and validation activities.
- Working closely with IT teams, finance departments, banks and external providers to ensure successful system integration.
- Driving the digitalisation, automation and standardisation of treasury processes and reporting across the organisation.
- Supporting change management initiatives, user training and adoption of new treasury technologies.
- Supporting the daily management of integral liquidity and cash pooling structures.
- Performing daily cash positioning activities and contributing to liquidity optimisation.
- Preparing short-term cash flow forecasts and supporting periodic liquidity reporting.
- Managing intercompany loans, current accounts and internal funding structures.
- Ensuring accurate interest calculations, accounting entries and settlement of intercompany financing transactions.
- Processing and validating treasury payments, foreign exchange transactions and funding activities.
- Maintaining banking documentation, KYC records and electronic banking user access controls.
- Acting as a key contact for subsidiaries on treasury-related topics.
- Supporting foreign exchange risk management and broader treasury initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate treasury,



finance or a similar function.
- Previous experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Solid knowledge of liquidity management, cash pooling, intercompany financing, foreign exchange management and treasury processes.
- Strong interest in digital transformation and process improvement projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- High level of integrity, reliability and accountability
