and day-to-day partner performance management.Build and manage a strong regional partner network to ensure sustainable service capability and operational reliability.Lead the growth agenda for the region, including:Capacity planning to support volume growthRegional expansionRollout of new products and servicesSet up and implement last mile operations process and SOPs to realize expected quality and performance; Work with different departments to refine last mile delivery system and processes to improve the delivery experience of couriers and providers; Undertake team management responsibilities to coach and train junior staff.Job Requirement:+3 years plus proven work experience in logistics industry with last Mile delivery Experience, Start up company with 0> 1 experience is highly recognized; Sense of data and structured thinking; Initiative, drive for result, and resilience; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
