Our client is a leading multinational company providing innovative technological solutions for the laboratory, industrial, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.
We are looking for a German-speaking Telemarketing Specialist to support business growth by identifying new opportunities and generating qualified leads for the sales department.
Responsibilities:
Contact B2B clients and prospects in the German market.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
Present products and campaigns professionally.
Manage and update CRM information.
Collaborate with international sales and marketing teams.
Achieve defined KPIs and business targets.
Requirements:
Native-level German (Deutsch).
Good level of English and/or Spanish.
Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, inside sales, or B2B customer service.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
