As
Senior Manager - Data & AI Quality, you will lead the development and adoption of enterprise-wide data and AI quality practices across Symrise. You will ensure data and AI assets remain reliable, high-quality, and supported by effective governance and remediation processes. Working across business and technology teams, you will drive quality standards and strengthen the foundation for trusted, data-driven decision‑making across the organization.
ResponsibilitiesLead and drive enterprise-wide Data & AI Quality initiatives across business domainsDefine and implement quality frameworks, standards, and best practicesEstablish and improve processes for monitoring, remediation, and continuous quality improvementEnsure data and AI assets meet quality, consistency, and governance requirementsCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align quality initiatives with strategic prioritiesDrive adoption of enterprise quality standards and governance practicesMonitor quality maturity and identify opportunities for improvementSupport automation and AI-driven approaches to enhance quality processesAct as a trusted advisor on data and AI quality topics across the organization
