Requirements: - Technical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. - Solid experience (5+ years)



in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities. - Experience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. - Experience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols. - Ability to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively. - Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure. - Management style that aligns with the company's high-integrity culture across all areas of internal and external operations. - Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments and key stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with others. - Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects from concept through completion. - English proficiency at C1 level is required. - Forklift License - Versátil and able to adapt to changing priorities. xohynlm - Occasional travel to supplier locations and group production plants may be required.
