Account Executive New Business, French Market Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain

RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquisition of new clients

Acquire new clients already present on the platform in a free format, offering up‑selling to premium. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship‑building.

Management and expansion of the assigned client portfolio.

Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand and leverage products/services to meet their business needs.

Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and engage new clients, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle.

Manage inbound leads; reach out to clients interested in learning more about our premium services, guiding them through the benefits and opportunities available.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management).

Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.

Excellent listening and communication abilities.

Highly results‑oriented, determined, and team‑driven.

Passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement.





Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments.

Native‑level French and fluent English proficiency.

WORK MODEL This role is Together@TKWW‑eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
