Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success





Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology)

Approximately 5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager

Strong familiarity and affinity with the Personal Care industry in Spain

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English

Solid experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-focused solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Skilled in negotiation and active listening

Positive attitude, high team spirit, and adaptability

Results-driven with a hunter mentality

Willingness to travel up to 50%
