Experteer Overview In this role, you will manage and grow strategically important Lightspeed accounts in Spain. You’ll drive value through Lightspeed’s payments, POS, and integrations, ensuring clients achieve their business goals. You will build trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and guide them to adopt advanced solutions that scale with their needs.

This is a high-impact, customer-centric position in a general SaaS environment, offering opportunities to influence revenue growth and client success.

Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions across POS modules and integrations

Be primary contact for clients, building long-term partnerships and supporting ongoing success

Guide account growth and upgrades to advanced solutions tailored to evolving needs

Identify and create revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions

Deliver product demos and support adoption to maximize tool usage

Monitor account performance with metrics like MRR, NRR, health and engagement

Proactively manage churn, resolve issues, strengthen relationships





Negotiate and close agreements achieving renewals, retention, and growth targets

Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to boost customer experience and MRR

Responsabilidades

Fluency in Dutch

Track record in quota-carrying SaaS or tech roles with revenue growth and retention success

Strong ability to identify client challenges, tailor solutions, and deliver long-term value

Ability to build trust with clients including executive stakeholders

Understanding of complex business models and data-driven decision making

Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools for forecasting and pipeline management

Clear communication, cross-functional influence, and negotiating skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
