What you will do at Signaturit, A Namirial Company
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for the enterprise segment, focusing on large‑scale opportunities.
Account Management
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
Solution Selling
Understand the unique challenges and needs of enterprise clients, particularly in the areas of digital trust, VideoID, OCR and fraud prevention. Tailor solutions to demonstrate the value of our digital signature platform and related technologies.
Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and leveraging existing relationships. Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product Development and Marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Negotiation & Contracting:
Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
Market Intelligence
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and client needs, with a particular focus on digital trust and fraud prevention technologies. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to influence product development and positioning.
Reporting
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports and updates to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
Customer Advocacy
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that client needs and feedback are communicated and addressed effectively.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
3‑5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions within the digital trust environment.
Mandatory experience in selling technologies such as VideoID, OCR and fraud prevention solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Skills
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology, with the ability to effectively qualify opportunities, identify decision‑makers and drive deals to closure.
Ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and other key stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving abilities with a consultative sales approach, particularly in the context of digital trust and fraud prevention.
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Attributes
Highly self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, especially in the context of digital trust technologies.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Permanent role
Base salary: 50/55K€, depending on assessed level of autonomy. Variable component: up to 15K€ upon 100% achievement of objectives defined with your manager.
