Augusta Life Sciences is pleased to offer a great opportunity for a driven and goal-focused Account Manager to join our sales team. You will build and sustain relationships with clients in a designated area, supporting our mission to provide top‑tier solutions in the life sciences field (Flow Cytometry). This role is vital as you will play a key part in grasping client needs, promoting our innovative services, and ensuring client happiness and dedication.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.

Clearly communicate the value proposition of Augusta Life Sciences' services to clients.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting efforts.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to improve profits.

Collaborate with internal teams (science, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client happiness.

Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities and competitors.





Attend industry conferences and events to network with professionals and represent Augusta Life Sciences.

About You

Bachelor's degree in a life science field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience.

Proven professional background as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a related role, ideally in the life sciences or laboratory field. Experience with Flow Cytometry is a plus.

Fluent English.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Valencia or Sevilla.

Salary Range 45.000€ – 53.000€ annually.
