Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand by acting as an Account brand/QC guardian. Handle all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality. Control campaign timelines and annual forecasts.

Control budgets and scope of work. Assist with financial reporting and run the finance function by managing agreed budgets and administrative tasks. Coordinate between Project/Adaptation Management, WPP Production, client and agencies.

Manage end‑to‑end AV, Print and Digital adaptation processes including liaison with internal teams, media agencies and clearance bodies.



Manage workload effectively and highlight to the line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project. Support and train Account Managers/Account Executives in the team, proactively leading the team to perform at their best.

Follow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools. and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients. Highlight and elevate quality control issues. Good social skills. ~ 5 years of experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role (essential). ~ Strong project management, time management and prioritisation skills. ~ Fluent/native oral and written English. ~ Clear understanding of international brand challenges and working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholders.

Full‑time incorporation with flexible hours. ~ Indefinite contract with a 6‑month trial period. ~ 6 days off (Christmas and Easter) and choice of 2 long weekends per year. ~ Access to training. ~ Summer timetable: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
