We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our European Finance Team based in Getafe, Madrid.

Your Role

As part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments while supporting continuous improvement within the Accounts Payable function. You will collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the purchase-to-pay cycle.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Process supplier invoices through our OCR invoice capture solution. ✅ Manage vendor accounts and invoice processing within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

✅ Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable inbox, responding promptly to queries.

✅ Support the supplier onboarding process and maintain accurate vendor master data.

✅ Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance with three-way matching procedures for inventory-related transactions.





✅ Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.

✅ Generate purchase orders when required.

✅ Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the AP cycle.

✅ Provide general support to the Finance team and assist with ad hoc duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within an international or multinational company.
- Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of AP processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Skills

- Fluent French is essential.
- English is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
