Role Description This is a full-time remote Accountant role responsible for managing the daily financial operations of Professional derma Europe SL. The Accountant will oversee general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. The role includes preparing periodic financial statements and reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting tax and regulatory compliance in Spain and Portugal.

The Accountant will collaborate with management and external partners, provide data-driven insights to support business decisions, and help maintain strong internal controls and efficient financial processes.

Qualifications





Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Experience preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for management.

Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements in Spain and Portugal, or willingness to quickly learn relevant frameworks.

Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and comfort working with digital tools in a remote environment.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to identify discrepancies or process improvements.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines in a remote setting, and handle multiple priorities with a high level of integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA or local equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic medicine distribution is beneficial but not required.
