As an Administration Specialist, you will step into a dynamic environment at Ferrero Iberica in Barcelona, where your impact on
Invoice to Cash and
Credit Management processes will be truly visible. In this position, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth
Accounts Receivable operations while strengthening customer relationships through efficient issue resolution. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in
SAP S/4 HANA and contribute to continuous
Process Improvement initiatives. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, your analytical mindset and attention to detail will make a real difference in maintaining financial accuracy and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities You will be managing end-to-end
Customer Claims Management , ensuring that all discrepancies are investigated and resolved while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and clients. A key part of your role will involve monitoring deductions, validating them against contractual agreements, and supporting accurate
Financial Reconciliation across customer accounts. Moreover, you will be working on
Reporting and Analysis , preparing insightful
Credit Management reports that drive decision-making. Through your proactive approach, you will contribute to projects focused on
Process Improvement , helping optimize systems and workflows within the
Invoice to Cash cycle. Additionally, your strong skills in
Excel Advanced and MS Office will support data analysis and reporting activities, ensuring efficiency and clarity in all administrative processes.
About You You bring a degree in Accounting,
Finance , or
Business Administration ,
along with at least two years of experience in an accounting or
Accounts Receivable environment. A solid understanding of financial principles and a structured way of working will allow you to navigate complex situations with confidence. You will be comfortable using
SAP S/4 HANA and advanced Excel capabilities to manage data effectively and support business decisions. Furthermore, your proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate will help you thrive in a team-oriented culture. Fluency in intermediate English is essential, and any additional language will further strengthen your profile. Most importantly, your curiosity, ownership, and drive to continuously improve processes will set you apart in this
