Helmsman Club is the world's first nautical ecosystem — and we're growing fast. We're looking for an Office Administrator to help keep it all running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll be at the heart of the business, owning:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting
- License and course registrations (RYA students and certifications)
- Member registration and account management
- Fuel tracking and reconciliation
- General office administration
What matters most to us:
1. Strong accounting skills — precise, no shortcuts
2. Extremely organized and responsible — nothing slips through the cracks
You'll also need:
- Fluent Spanish
- Working English — we work daily with international clients, and English is used in the office
