As an

AI Engineering Enablement Specialist , you will play a key role in driving the adoption of

AI-assisted software engineering across distributed digital platforms and eCommerce/composable commerce environments . You will be the bridge between

Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams, helping them leverage AI tools, modern practices, and automation to boost productivity, quality, and developer experience.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Software Engineering , or equivalent.

Proven experience with

AI-assisted software engineering workflows

(e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium or similar) and modern development tooling .

Experience working with distributed digital platforms and enterprise integration ecosystems .

Hands‑on experience with frontend/backend technologies, APIs, cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and CI/CD practices .

Strong collaboration and communication skills in distributed engineering organizations (remote, multicultural, multi‑vendor teams).

Ability to train, coach, and support teams adopting new engineering practices, tools, and workflows.

High level of autonomy and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and drive initiatives end‑to‑end.

Ability to drive adoption and influence engineering practices without direct line management authority (influencing through expertise and leadership).

Nice to have

Familiarity with





LLM‑based automation and enterprise AI tooling evaluation/adoption .

What you will do

Evaluate, select, and promote

AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows , ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

Collaborate with

Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to identify automation and productivity opportunities across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.

Drive the adoption of

AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and observability , helping teams embed these practices into their daily work.

Support AI-assisted workflows across composable commerce platforms, cloud-native applications, integration layers, and existing eCommerce systems .

Contribute to reusable engineering practices, governance frameworks, and shared standards across squads and vendors.

Define and track key engineering productivity, QA, and operational metrics to measure the impact of AI adoption and automation initiatives.
