Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery Build reusable, AI-enabled solutions to accelerate development productivity Integrate engineering platforms and developer tools into a coherent AI-driven ecosystem Enable and support engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted software development practices Key Responsibilities

Design,



build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components. Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms. Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate the adoption of AI across engineering teams. Define appropriate levels of automation, human oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows. Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance when designing AI solutions.

Engineering & Operations

Develop production-ready, observable, and maintainable AI-enabled services. Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for AI solutions. Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery lifecycle. Adoption & Enablement

Support engineering teams in adopting AI capabilities
