Overview Role

AI Engineering Manager . Type: Permanent. Location: Barcelona or Zürich.

As an AI Engineering Manager you will work directly with clients and take ownership of one to many collaborations with the purpose of creating significant value for our client.

Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding delivery

Lead by example and support the teams you work with

Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the client’s needs

Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy

Focus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership

Overcome obstacles to unlock real business benefits and ROI for clients

Create and continuously monitor value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI)

Drive and implement corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver value-based solutions

Manage delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and internal KPIs

Own our clients relationship

Interact with clients to cultivate partnerships, identify new value creation avenues, and propose innovative initiatives

Foster a diverse portfolio of clients, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and assist in conceptualizing offerings for new clients





Develop a diverse network of external contacts

Qualifications

Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is required for this position

Strong track record of building relationships with large organizations and identifying growth opportunities

Extensive experience dealing with C-Level stakeholders

Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus

Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues; creative thinking

Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Self-starter: eager to break new ground and create opportunities for others

Ability to deliver formal presentations to management, influencing and convincing them
