About the Role

We are establishing a new AI Enablement capability to accelerate how AI is adopted and applied across DowJones. This role is critical to unlocking the value of AI across the organization by enabling fast, high‑impact adoption with minimal central dependence.

Prospective AI Solutions Managers will partner directly with teams, design and deliver solutions, coach for self‑service, build capability, scale best practices and optimize impact. The manager reports to the VP, Strategy Operations within Technology Operations.

Responsibilities

Identify AI opportunities: partner with teams to understand business challenges and uncover high‑value opportunities for AI‑driven productivity and automation.

Design & Deliver AI solutions: rapidly prototype, develop and deploy AI‑powered solutions, including agents and multi‑agent workflows, aligned with enterprise governance and security standards.

Enable Self‑Service Adoption: coach and support employees to build and scale their own AI solutions wherever possible, reducing dependency on central teams.

Drive AI capability building: develop and deliver training, playbooks and practical guidance to increase AI literacy and accelerate adoption across the organization.

Scale best practices & community: capture successful use cases, promote reusable patterns and foster a community of practice that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Optimize AI impact: monitor adoption,



outcomes and user feedback while staying current on emerging AI capabilities and feeding insights back into platform, tooling and enablement strategies.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in Product Management, Solutions/Implementation, Strategy & Technology Consulting, Operations or related role focused on driving business outcomes through technology.

Problem solving & solution design: strong analytical and structured thinking skills, able to translate ambiguous business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

AI & automation expertise: hands‑on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, agent‑based systems, LLMs or AI‑assisted workflows, with a demonstrated ability to prototype and iterate quickly.

Stakeholder management & communication: excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, engaging effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels.

Enablement & change leadership: passion for coaching and enabling others, experience delivering training, workshops, playbooks or capability‑building programs that drive adoption and self‑sufficiency.

Cross‑functional enterprise experience: experience working in complex, global organizations and collaborating across product, technology, operations and business teams, familiarity with enterprise platforms and ways of working.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: €55.000–€70.000. Competitive and versátil compensation is offered, with bonus‑eligible target based on market benchmarks and individual contributions. For benefits‑eligible roles, a comprehensive package covering health, retirement, wellbeing and more is provided.
