This is an entry level role. We are looking for a profile who wants to get into general finance in an internationally operating company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable

– Process AP and AR invoices, support reconciliations, and resolve invoice-related queries with clients and vendors.

Cash & Bank Management

– Post bank journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor incoming client payments.

Credit Control

– Track outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and support effective credit control activities.

Expense Management

– Process employee expenses, reconcile corporate credit card transactions, and manage petty cash records.

Master Data Administration

– Create and maintain customer and supplier accounts, verify banking details, and ensure accurate master data.

Financial Reporting & Support

– Maintain accurate accounting records and provide administrative and reporting support to the finance team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Accounting Knowledge





– Approximately 2 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting processes.

Financial Accuracy

– Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.

Systems & Data Management

– Proficiency in accounting systems (Gextor) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.

Organization & Prioritization

– Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured approach in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Customer Service

– Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Administrative Support

– Experience maintaining master data, processing financial documentation, and supporting finance operations with reporting and administrative tasks.

Language Skills

– Fluent oral and written Spanish and English skills.
