We are currently looking for an API Expert – MuleSoft Platform Operations to join an international project supporting a integral enterprise platform, ensuring operational excellence and service continuity across a multi-cloud environment.

? About the role

We are looking for an experienced API Expert with a strong background in MuleSoft Platform Operations , Terraform , OpenShift , and cloud technologies.

You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the MuleSoft platform, supporting Level 2 operational activities across Europe while collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

? Main responsibilities

☁️ Platform Operations & Incident Management

? Govern and oversee Level 2 operational activities, ensuring SLA compliance and platform stability.

? Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed service levels.

? Analyze logs, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues when required.

? Execute operational procedures, runbooks, and recovery actions.

? Support deployments, releases, and change implementation activities.

? Participate in production support meetings and major incident management.

⚙️ Platform Engineering & Automation

? Support the setup and operation of MuleSoft Flex Gateway .

? Develop and maintain automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks.

? Contribute to deployment automation and continuous operational improvements.

? Track operational actions through completion and ensure proper documentation.

? Update knowledge base articles, operational documentation,



and known workarounds.

? Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

? Collaborate with international engineering and operations teams across Europe.

? Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and identify recurring issues.

? Recommend platform improvements to increase stability and operational efficiency.

? Contribute to maintaining a reliable, secure, and scalable API platform.

? Your profile

✔ 3–5 years of experience managing MuleSoft Platform Operations (not API development).

✔ Experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway .

✔ Strong experience with Terraform and OpenShift .

✔ Experience with GitHub and Argo CI/CD .

✔ Basic knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure .

✔ Solid understanding of Authentication & Authorization standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect).

✔ Knowledge of ITIL processes.

✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

✔ English level C1 (mandatory).
