- Provide general customer service via email/phone
- First point of contact: identifying customer’s needs
- Create quotes/invoices and process orders
- Participate in company meetings with sales manager and other sales reps
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a sales representative or admin assistant
- Advanced English Language (written and spoken)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or Social Science
- Experience using Hubspot
- Proficient in French or German Job Type
