Tuesday - Saturday 11h00 to 19h00 CET Overview The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile delivery operation. Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way possible. Key Responsibilities

Managing daily operations of the team, ensuring all the required tasks are executed on time and adhering to standard practices. Monitor and report on daily and weekly performance. Deep‑dive on trends, identify gaps in performance metrics, and take corrective actions.

Execute best practices that improve customer, cost, and delivery partner outcomes. Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions to temporarily overcome technical limitations. Create and drive scalable standard work that enables remote support of a complex business area.

Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and data‑driven decision making. Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs for the scheduling team. About the Team

Central Operations (CO)



is a new approach within Amazon Logistics to provide a scalable solution for the increasingly complex and growing last mile delivery network. CO is a key strategic initiative with a vision to transform forecasting, route planning, demand scheduling, and last mile delivery. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. Experience in human resources management. Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams. Strong English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using data to influence business decisions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen). Experience in logistics. Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
