We're looking for an Area Sales Executive to join our Sales team, to manage the local region (Madrid or Barcelona, depending on candidate location). The role The Area Sales Executive will cover a wide range of sales activities, responsible for growing and nurturing the pipeline, developing new relationships and strategies to boost results. Develop sales strategies and approaches for the Car Dealers' market in Spain

Visiting clients face to face to establish a long lasting relationship, introduce the business, do demos and close deals

Identify potential clients and the decision makers within our target group

Build and manage a solid sales network and pipeline

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

Develop and execute new business proposals, make high-profile presentations to clients, negotiate and close deals





Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators

Work in close collaboration with delivery and success teams Requirements Our idóneo candidate will have previous experience working within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive sector or SaaS. As well as:

Native in Spanish and fluent in English

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is a plus

Hunter mindset, heavy on sales targets and face to face customer interaction

Digital proficiency, including AI tools

Well-organised, hands-on and proactive approach, capable of working under pressure

Team player attitude

Willingness to travel regularly

Confident and self-assured appearance

Work pattern and location

Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)

Monday to Friday

Field-based role (Madrid area or Barcelona area) Benefits Salary range: €30k - €40k depending on experience

Sales commission plan Company Car and fuel card

Meal Vouchers (€7 per day)
