For our integral Medtech client, we're looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other business functions, identifying high-impact opportunities and delivering AI-powered products that solve meaningful problems. You'll combine technical expertise with business acumen, taking projects from idea to production and driving measurable outcomes across the organisation.

Partner with business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate requirements into solutions. Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automations. Own projects end-to-end,





from discovery and prototyping through production rollout and adoption. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and workflows. Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and responsible AI standards. Champion responsible AI.

5+ years of overall experience + Engineering degree Experience building and delivering production-grade software applications. Developed and deployed an AI Skill to business users. Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and

AI orchestration frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise AI services. Experience with APIs, enterprise system integrations, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
