We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG to develop and enhance multi-agent AI applications on an enterprise Agent Mesh platform. The role involves building scalable AI solutions, improving agent orchestration, and delivering production-ready applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Agentic AI applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and implement LLM-based solutions with LangGraph, LangChain, Pydantic-AI, or similar frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and retrieval quality.
- Develop responsive front-end components using React.
- Ensure application scalability, concurrency, and thread-safe request handling.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Write and maintain automated tests using pytest and Vitest.
- Debug and optimize AI workflows across frontend,



backend, and agent layers.

Required Skills

- Strong Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, LangGraph/LangChain, Pydantic-AI, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, and RAG.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Qdrant, pgvector, or similar).
- Strong React, JavaScript, and CSS skills.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong debugging, testing (pytest, Vitest), and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- AWS Bedrock, Langfuse, GitHub Actions, Helm.
- SSO/OAuth (Azure AD/MSAL).
- Document generation (python-pptx/PDF).
- Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences or regulated environments.
- Prompt evaluation frameworks and LLM observability tools.
