We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

The Assistant Store

Manager assists the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards and achieving sales and profit projections. This role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selection of staff.

Manager also follows and enforces all company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer





Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form

Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Total Rewards

Base pay, $16.90 – $21.20 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
