Our Company Animal Health FP&A; Spain is seeking an Associate Director, Finance Planning & Analysis to join our Madrid site. This senior role will partner with Business Unit Directors and commercial Sales and Marketing teams, leading the end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis process. The role serves as a trusted financial advisor to business leadership, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive informed decisions on performance, investment, and strategy.

In addition to reporting and analysis, the position plays a key role in shaping business direction and supporting key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Partner with business leadership to provide financial guidance and support decision-making Lead planning, forecasting and budget cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Analyse financial performance, identify trends and variances, and prepare management reporting and insights Support business cases and financial evaluation of launches, investments, and strategic priorities Challenge assumptions constructively and help drive alignment on key decisions Translate financial information into clear,



actionable business insights Drive resource allocation and support effective investment decisions Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within FP&A; Required Skills and Competencies Strong FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering experience in a complex environment Strong business acumen and the ability to connect financial outcomes to business strategy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead projects or cross-functional work Adaptability, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong partnership skills Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Significant FP&A; experience, including ownership of planning cycles and data consolidation Fluent in Spanish and English Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and performance management Ability to identify key insights from complex data and present them in an executive-ready format Continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements Advanced SAP skills (R/3 and/or HANA) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience in Animal Health is an advantage, but not mandatory What the Role Offers Direct impact on business performance and strategic decisions High visibility and close collaboration with the Leadership Team Opportunity to work at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Innovation A role within a dynamic and evolving Animal Health business
