To support our continued expansion in Spain, we are selectively appointing a limited number of Executive Business Partners.

This opportunity is designed for senior executives, entrepreneurs and independent consultants who have built a strong professional network and wish to leverage it by connecting organizations with high-level Executive Search and Interim Management solutions.

Your Mission

As an Executive Business Partner, you will represent FIT in NETWORK® within your professional network and identify business opportunities.

Your role is to

- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Identify Executive Search and Interim Management opportunities.
- Introduce potential clients to FIT in NETWORK®.
- Contribute to the growth of our presence in Spain.

Our experienced team manages the entire recruitment process, project delivery and operational execution,



allowing you to focus on developing trusted business relationships.

Your Profile

- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in senior leadership positions.
- Strong network within the Spanish business environment.
- Currently active as an executive, consultant, entrepreneur or board member.
- Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
