Audit Manager – Zurich, Madrid, Kingdom of Spain The selected candidate will join Ferrovial’s Internal Audit team, supporting the design and execution of audit tests, review of internal controls across departments, identification and assessment of risks in key processes, drafting working papers and recommendations, coordinating with process owners to gather evidence, reviewing data from Internal Audit systems to support analyses, and updating internal audit procedures and guidelines to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and execute audit tests.

Draft relevant documents and recommendations for process improvement or risk reduction.

Support internal control procedures in various departments to ensure correct organization and execution of operations.

Discuss with process owners to obtain necessary information and compare results.

Review data from Internal Audit systems and analyze audit results.

Analyze internal control and conduct risk identification and assessment.





Update internal work procedures and regulations related to auditing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Statistics, Mathematics, or similar fields.

Good academic record.

Proficiency in English at C1 level.

Responsible, methodological, and organized; capable and eager to learn and analyze.

Adaptable, team-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.

Interest in an international environment and interaction with diverse stakeholders.
