REGENERA LUXURY is seeking a Auditor – Regenerative Luxury Hospitality to join its international certification team.

This is a remote position responsible for evaluating boutique hotels, luxury retreats, and hospitality projects seeking REGENERA LUXURY certification. The successful candidate will conduct desk audits, review operational documentation, assess compliance with regenerative hospitality standards, and collaborate with hotels throughout the certification process.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of one of the world's leading certification programs for regenerative luxury hospitality while working with an international team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct desk audits and certification assessments for applicant properties.
- Review operational documentation, policies, procedures, and supporting evidence.
- Evaluate compliance with REGENERA LUXURY certification standards.
- Prepare professional audit reports, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate certification records and audit documentation.
- Collaborate with hotels, consultants,



and certification managers throughout the assessment process.
- Research emerging best practices in regenerative hospitality and sustainability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and certification standards.
- Participate in internal meetings, auditor calibration sessions, and professional training.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or a related field.
- Professional experience in hospitality operations, hotel quality management, sustainability, ESG, compliance, auditing, or consulting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Experience reviewing documentation, quality systems, or certification processes is an advantage.
- Comfortable using digital collaboration platforms, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently within an international remote team while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
