Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across business processes.

Process Automation: Automate manual and repetitive tasks, including data entry, email handling, reporting, and other operational workflows to reduce effort and increase productivity. AI‑Assisted Automation: Apply AI‑assisted automation, document processing, and prompt‑based workflows to enhance automation efficiency and support smarter business processes.



Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance.

Automation Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor automation performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing automation solutions to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.

Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.

Implementation & User Adoption: Support the rollout of automation solutions, provide guidance to users, and help drive successful adoption across teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. ~2+ years of experience in automation, RPA development, or related software engineering roles. ~ Hands‑on experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar tools. ~ Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions in business environments. ~ Experience supporting and maintaining automation solutions in production environments. ~ Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and Excel. ~ Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or similar). ~ Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in automation workflows. ~ Certification in Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar automation platforms is a plus. ~ Exposure to AI‑driven automation or intelligent document processing is an advantage. ~ Experience working in integral or cross‑functional environments is an advantage.
