Export Manager Assistant At J.P. SELECTA, we are expanding our team! We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of history and a presence worldwide.

We are looking for an Export Manager Assistant to join our International Trade department in Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona). What you will do:

Prepare export documentation (proformas, packing lists, certificates of origin).

Assist international clients and distributors via email and phone.

Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.

Support administrative and sales tasks in our ERP system. What we are looking for:

Fluent English (C1 / Business level) – Essential (used daily).

Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

? Experience in import/export is a plus,



but not mandatory.

? Technical product knowledge? Not required! Full training is provided. Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

Mon – Thu: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Fridays: Intensive shift from 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
